Software engineers in our team drive us towards our strategic goals by designing and building features, processes, and systems that are fast, well designed, and delight our customers. You will work on projects that span technologies, systems, and processes where you will design, test, and ship great code every day. In this critical role, you will collaborate with other stakeholders to build the next generation of subscription management.
Our tech stack is below:
- 100% Cloud. No on-premise.
- AWS. We already use AWS EKS, RDS, SQS, S3, Cognito
- Docker, Docker-compose for local development and CI
- Load balancers
- DataDog
- GitLab for CI on prod
- Helm to do deploys
- We have 2 environments: Dev Environment and Beta Environment (for customers to use)

⚡️Your future tasks:
• Operational support for AWS MSK (Apache Kafka), AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL RDS, AWS ElastiCache (Redis).
• Installation, configuration, and updating of databases.
• Deployment and scaling of database clusters.
• Monitoring and optimizing database performance.
• Managing Apache Kafka messaging systems.
• Configuring and maintaining Redis cache systems.
• Integration and optimization of real-time data processing.
• Development and maintenance of backup strategies.
• Testing data recovery procedures.
• Performance monitoring and optimization.
• Configuration of monitoring systems.
• Analysis of performance metrics and implementation of improvement measures.
• Development and implementation of database security policies.
• Monitoring and analysis of security threats.
⚡️What we expect from candidate:
• Experience with AWS MSK (Apache Kafka), AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, and PostgreSQL RDS, AWS ElastiCache (Redis).
• Deep knowledge of SQL and experience optimizing queries for PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Apache Kafka messaging systems, Redis caching systems.
