Our client is a leading technology company that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning.
Since 1997, the Company has become a trendsetter and has delivered world-class, locally relevant search and information services.
On our Client's behalf, we are looking for a Lead Microsoft 365 Engineer for one of the European offices (Belgrad, Amsterdam, or Florence).
Salary: 4500-6000$
Responsibilities
• All facets of Microsoft 365 tenant design and SaaS deployment
• Microsoft 365 user administration (OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory / Single Sign On, Exchange Online)
• Microsoft 365 monitoring of service health, management of service requests, and change management within the Microsoft 365 infrastructure
• Microsoft 365 SharePoint sites administration
• Microsoft 365 Licensing administration and management
• Tracking and escalation of incidents with Microsoft 365 technical support
• Facilitate the migration of data into the Microsoft 365 cloud platform and Microsoft 365 SharePoint
• Admin support of Slack, Zoom, Miro, Figma, and other collaboration SaaS products.
Requirements
• Experience from 4+ years
• Prior experience in project management is a must.
• Ability to present a thorough analysis of Microsoft 365 project planning, and issues and provide regular updates as required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 SaaS administration and technologies
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph, and scripting languages, especially in supporting Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, expressly Conditional Access Policies, Role Based Access Control, and Privileged Identity Management.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and concepts.
• Strong understanding of the Windows Operating System (including Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 – 2019), including the development of an OS image via Autopilot
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 2019 productivity software
• Ability to administer Slack, Zoom, Miro, Figma, and other collaboration SaaS products
• English – Upper Intermediate/Advanced, Russian – Upper-Intermediate
