Привет! Мы — стартап в сфере финансовых технологий. Совсем скоро на нашей платформе Токеон состоится первый выпуск цифровых финансовых активов.
Мы – команда, которая создает платформу для работы с цифровыми активами в экосистеме крупного российского банка и ищем Senior DevOPS в команду R&D проекта!

Формат работы: полная занятость, удаленная работа или гибридный формат работы в комфортном офисе в центре Москвы (рядом с метро Кузнецкий мост).

Условия:

- Заработная плата: 300 000 - 450 000 руб. (определяется по итогам техического собеседования).

Чем предстоит заниматься:

- Развертывать, модернизировать и поддерживать блокчейн для ЦФА на основе фреймворка Substrate.
- Поддерживать и развивать инфраструктуру сервисов в Selectel (3 Datacenters), Yandex Cloud (Managed Kubernetes, Compute Cloud, etc)
- Разворачивать и сопровождать инфраструктуры
- Администрировать серверы и сервиси
- Осуществлять миграцию инфраструктурных сервисов в Kubernetes
- Совместно с командами разработки проводить анализ нештатных ситуаций и помогать выстраивать надежные решения в продуктовых командах
- Развивать и сопровождать CI/CD, систем мониторинга, оркестрации и масштабирования нагруженных и критичных компонентов бизнеса

Ожидания от кандидата:

- Опыт поддержки Substrate решений (от 1 года) - как преимущество!
- Опыт работы на позиции DevOps инженера от 3 х лет
Linux на уровне администратора
- Знание Bash
- Понимание принципов построения процессов CI/CD, умение, выстраивать пайплайны с нуля
- Практический опыт работы с Docker и Kubernetes , понимание как работает система изнутри
- Понимание наблюдаемости сервиса: мониторинг, журналы, трассировки
- Понимание подхода IaC
- Опыт работы с Ansible или Terraform
- Отличные знания Git
- Умение диагностировать и разбираться в сетевых проблемах

Будет плюсом:
Знание PostgreSQL, Kafka, кластеризованные решения

🎯 Твои основные задачи:
- Обеспечивать отказоустойчивую и резервируемую среду для наших продуктов;
- Создавать новые, оптимизировать и поддерживать имеющиеся CI/CD процессы;
- Обеспечивать dev/test/prod среды в гибридной инфрастуктуре;
- Развертывать и администрировать сервисы;
- Оптимизировать ресурсы исходя из нагрузки;

- Помогать команде разработки в выявлении проблемных мест и их устранении;
