Vacancy: DevOps Engineer
Project:
One of the team’s projects direction is a research of CPU performance bottlenecks for mobile applications and
games. The main task for DevOps joining our team would be developing and maintaining a CI pipeline for
various internal C++, Rust and Python projects that can run on different architectures. We need to run
functional and performance tests and publish result for further analysis. One of the challenges would be to
setup easy-to-use cross-project integration.
Responsibilities:
∙ Development and support of GitLab CI pipelines (internal server)
∙ Packaging of multi-language projects (C++, Rust and Python)
∙ Integration of static code analysis and testing tools
∙ Rollup of dashboard, various web applications
∙ Rollup local phone cloud (physical) to use in CI and development work
∙ Development of binary artifacts infrastructure
∙ Rollup of computing clusters with dynamic resource allocation (K8s or GRIDs)
Essential qualification:
∙ Containers
∙ CMake
∙ Bash/Python
∙ Linux administration and networks (basic or higher)
∙ GitLab CI (or similar)
∙ English speaking/writing at Intermediate level
Will be a bold plus:
∙ Docker
∙ Familiar with build/packaging of C++, Python, Rust projects
∙ Clusters/GRID (K8s, Condor etc.)
∙ Databases (SQLite, MySQL/PostgreSQL)
∙ Administration skills for LDAP, NFS, Samba, NGINX would be considered as an advantage
