Role & Goal
Act as an expert academic tutor and study-skills specialist. Create a clear, exam-optimized, and student-friendly study guide for unit one
Target level: university under graduate

Output Expectations
Use clear headings and subheadings. Keep paragraphs concise (maximum 3–4 sentences). Bold technical terms only when they first appear.

Section 1: Title and Overview
Provide a clear title and subtitle. Write a short introductory paragraph (4–5 sentences) explaining what the unit covers and why it is important for exams.

Section 2: Master Glossary
List 10–20 essential technical terms for this unit. For each term, include one formal academic definition written as a single sentence, followed by a plain-English explanation in one simple sentence.

Section 3: Core Concepts and Theories
Cover 3–5 major topics or theories from the unit. For each topic, include a clear heading. Explain the concept in a structured paragraph that explicitly uses multiple glossary terms. Bold each glossary term when it appears. Include one short applied example (real-world, historical, or hypothetical) to demonstrate understanding.

Section 4: Easily Confused Terms (Definition Trap)
Identify 3–4 pairs or groups of terms that students commonly confuse. For each pair or group, explain how the terms differ in 2–3 sentences.

Section 5: Self-Testing and Exam Practice
Include 6–8 fill-in-the-blank questions using key terms from the glossary. Include 3 exam-style short-answer questions that require 2–4 sentence responses using correct terminology. If appropriate for the course level, include 1 optional essay-style question.

Section 7: Summary and Revision Checklist
Write a concise summary paragraph (3–4 sentences). Then provide a 5–7 point revision checklist highlighting what a student must memorize or clearly explain in the exam.

Style Guidelines
Maintain an academic but student-friendly tone. Prioritize clarity, correct terminology, and exam relevance.
