Quick update on #BTC:
We currently have two open CME gaps — one at 97,200 and one at 91,500.
Which one gets filled first? Nobody knows.

Ideally, we’d see the lower gap closed first, and that’s where we’d look to go long.

At the same time, a long signal is forming on the current #4H candle,
so after it closes (in about 3 hours), there may be a solid scalp opportunity with a target around 97,200.

The “last eighth” rule teaches: don’t try to capture the final 10-12 % of a move—long or short. “Trying to catch the last eighth is the costliest mistake a trader can make,” wrote Jesse Livermore. In the final stretch of a trend, a burst of volume, news, and FOMO propels price into a blow-off top, after which a sharp reversal follows. As a result, those who stay in “just a little longer” often surrender nearly all of their gains and slip into the red.

Now that after we’ve entered the 96–100k zone, it’s time to be cautious and closely monitor how things unfold — don’t give in to FOMO or take on unnecessary risk.

We already caught a great move from 75k, where many started shorting and got caught in a short squeeze.
That main impulse wave is now over, and we’re seeing a local, expected correction.

Trading during corrections is the hardest, and those trying to chase the “tail” up to 98–102k right now will likely take losses over time.
That doesn’t mean the market is reversing and heading to 50k — but right now, it’s a 50/50 situation.

There are no clear signs of a new ATH, but also no clear signs of a breakdown either.
So the best approach is to wait for clear signals:

▪️ For the bulls: a breakout and hold above 96,120–96,465
▪️ For the bears: a breakdown and close below 88,765–93,265

Until then, it’s scalp-only mode with reduced risk.

Overall, I’m expecting we might see a sideways range for about a week between 88–95k,
which would give us a chance to build a new swing position —
and then potentially break out toward 108k+.

That’s why I’m not rushing in right now.

As for trading at the moment — it’s mostly just microcaps,
and honestly, aside from their ticker names, I don’t even know what most of them are doing in this market... 😅
