The top coins like TRX, HYPE, and LINK handled the drop really well. From a safe long perspective, Iβd consider these. With a 3x-5x leverage, they should hold up even through a pullback. If youβre taking large positions of 20-50-100K, then coins like PeiPeiβ¦
The last few days have been intense!
Recently, we sniped the bottom perfectly according to our analysis.
Bought at the local low: XRP, SOL, HYPE, INJ, WIF, BTC, ALCH,LINK,OP
Already took first partial profits.
And yes, we're closing another month strong! Even though last week wasnβt easy, hard work always pays off.
While I was with Thomas' team, they consistently closed month after month in profit.
The moment I left? Two back-to-back heavy red months and -51% on their copy trading...
I think itβs pretty clear now who the real top trader was. π

Locally, there have been changes on the 4-6H timeframe. The last 4-6H candles closed above 104-105K, forming a V-shaped reversal with further growth potential.
Between January 29 and February 2, the bulls had a window of opportunity for a V-shaped recovery, which they took advantage of. The 105-104K zone has now flipped from resistance to support.
Tomorrow marks the monthly close, and itβs crucial to close above 102K, or even better, above 108,350, to fully absorb the December wick. If that happens, February targets open up to 120-123K, 136K, and 147K.
At the moment, I expect a small continuation of growth to 107K-108,385. Then, a local correction down to 105-104K (now as support), followed by further growth to 112,930-113,860, 123,300, 127,450, and 130,300. After that, I expect a new correction phase of about -23%.
Additionally, if the 104-105K breakout turns out to be false, we could see a pullback to 101,260-99,300 by February 2. However, if this drop happens, it would be better for it to come after January 31, so the monthly close stays above 102K. Starting February 2, I expect a renewed move toward the mentioned upside targets.
For now, while the price hasnβt yet reached 107K-108,385, thereβs still a chance of dropping to 101,260-99,300.
Main scenario: Green arrows
Alternative scenario: Yellow arrows
Red scenario is not considered, but I keep it in mind.
A drop below 97,200-96,500 is not expected under current conditions. However, if price falls below this zone, it could return to the 92-89K accumulation area. That would be a dangerous move, as failing to hold this level could lead to a drop to 84,420-80,500 and 77,200, potentially marking the end of the bull cycle!

Many altcoins have reached oversold levels on the D1 timeframe. Now, most of them just need to form a final shakeout with a V-shaped reversal.
Also, altcoins that havenβt broken their key supports are unlikely to continue dropping further.
If we get another 5-10% shakeout soon, followed by a quick buyback, that would be a great opportunity to grab some strong alts for a speculative bounce.

#TRADE WAR
As we know, Trump has already started it. Let's briefly break down what it is and how it might affect the markets.
A trade war is an economic confrontation between countries, involving higher tariffs, quotas, sanctions, and other protectionist measures aimed at limiting imports and boosting domestic production. These measures can trigger retaliatory actions from other nations, creating a cycle of economic sanctions.
### Recent Trade War Examplesπ
β‘οΈ USA vs China (2018-2020)
1οΈβ£ Trump accuses China of unfair trade practices.
2οΈβ£ Both countries impose "mutual" tariffsβUSA on Chinese goods; China on American products.
3οΈβ£ As a result, global economic growth slowed down, some goods in the US became more expensive due to rising import costs, and investors started moving into gold.
β‘οΈ USA vs EU (2019-2020)
1οΈβ£ Disputes arise over subsidies for Airbus and Boeing.
2οΈβ£ The US imposes tariffs on European products (wine, cheese, aircraft).
3οΈβ£ European manufacturers reduce exports, the US faces rising prices for imported goods, and market volatility surges.
> "Trade wars are good and easy to win."
> Donald Trump (2018)
History proves otherwise. Trade wars create uncertainty, increase global tensions, and raise risks across multiple industries.
Still, as we can see, Trump is a true "trade warrior".
It's his style to fight through economics. And given the fact that the US has the most powerful economy, this impacts the entire world. π΅
During his previous term, Trump engaged in "localized" trade wars, but this time, judging by his policies, he has already launched a "global trade war", which will likely have a much stronger impact on markets than in 2018-2020. π½
### HOW? WHATβS NEXT?
During the 2018-2020 trade war, gold surged by more than 37%.
High-risk assets such as BTC, altcoins, and the Russell 2000 index were extremely volatile and began to collapse about 100 days after the start of the US-China trade war.
So, looking at the next year, unless Trump drastically changes course, high-risk assets will remain highly volatile, and capital outflows from them will increase. Investors will shift more funds into gold, which has already hit a new ATH.
### WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
β‘οΈ Markets typically "absorb" economic shifts in 2-3 months, meaning we still have time for a final push in high-risk assets.
β‘οΈ However, if BTC breaks key supports and consolidates below them on a higher timeframe (1W+), itβs time to exit high-risk assets, especially altcoins.
### GAME PLANπ
1οΈβ£ Closely monitor BTCβs key support levels.
2οΈβ£ If altcoins start pumping, take profits and exit the market, even if the rally isnβt as strong as it was a few months ago.
