Some updates regarding multichain :
The Multichain bridge has been paused since yesterday's announcement from them after around 120m of hard assets were moved out of their bridges without their knowledge; read their announcement here:
The DEUS protocol had almost zero exposure remaining to Multichain assets (0.5% total loss incurred while swapping ); read more about how DEUS mitigated the multichain issue proactively.
For now, we recommend the following steps for all DEUS holders:
Keep your DEUS on the chain where it's currently located. Do not deposit your DEUS into multichain routers or try to bridge using multichain.
You can continue farming on other chains like Arbitrum, Avalanche, BNB, Fantom, and KAVA. As DEUS on all chains is natively issued by the DEUS team and only paired with native assets from the chain you are safe.
If you are exposed to Multichain assets, we advise you to withdraw them immediately and revoke all approvals.
We were already discussing with Axelar to replace Multichain for a few weeks, and DEUS will be added to Axelar after the launch of their "interchain" protocol (27th July is the date they gave us.)
Rest assured, all DEUS on all chains are natively issued, and we can add them to a new chain provider for seamless bridging.
We are thoroughly evaluating multiple options to prevent any future bridge incidents and to ensure the smooth operation of our token bridging.
Remember, if you hold DEUS on any chain, panic is unnecessary. You will not lose your DEUS, although, for the moment, you won't be able to move your DEUS between chains.
We are working diligently to resolve this issue and restore cross-chain transfers.

Postponement of Reimbursement Claim Release
Our developers identified an irregularity late last night during a manual review of random data samples.
While spending the last 24 hours straight on patching the issue, it is best to postpone the reimbursement claim, to ensure 100% accuracy, mainly because this revalidation process could lead to a slight increase in the reimbursement percentage for everyone affected.
In the best interest of everyone awaiting reimbursement, we will delay releasing the claiming page. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
Our decision to postpone is driven purely by our commitment to ensuring the snapshot's accuracy and ensuring that every recovered USDC will be allocated to its rightful owner.
The concrete issue we found:
Despite comprehensive testing and review, with our snapshot software and user-submitted bug reports, an issue related to transferring DEI & LP tokens before initiating other actions went undiscovered.
These wallets should be correctly removed from the snapshot, increasing the USDC reimbursement amount for all others.
Since identifying the issue, we have developed a script to verify the accuracy of the claim. However, this solution has temporarily introduced other inconsistencies while merging the old and new data.
Over the next few days, we will work on accurately merging these two snapshot architectures.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that this decision is in the best interest of our community. We will provide further updates as we work to resolve this issue and establish a new release date.
