Dear Parents / Guardians

I take this opportunity to thank all the parents and guardians who came for the parent teacher meeting. Thanks for the complements and suggestions you have given to the administration on various aspects. We are looking into every suggestion as closely as possible to implement.
As many parents indicated the need for activity-oriented learning and a bit more conceptual clarity in the classroom we felt it is important to reorganize the learning and student teacher interaction time. It is here we need your cooperation and help. In order to make the class room learning happy we require some more time to interact with students in the class through activity. Accordingly, we have restructured the routines and we will be letting you know later on. Because of few parents suggestions, we are increasing the class timing and periods. They are as follows.

1) .Classes - Ps, LKG and UKG will have 6 periods of classes means - 8.30am to 12.30PM

2). Classes -1, II,III, IV and V will have 8 Periods of classes means - 7.30am to 1.40PM

3). Classes - VI, VII, VIII, IX an X will have 8 periods of classes means as usual, 7.30am to 1.40PM

The additional time they spent in school will help them to relax and study better as they get some more time for indoor and outdoor activities. There is no change in the timing of class 6 to 10.

Kindly
Reflect this timing of class hours properly and let us Know it soon. Later on kindly don't blame neither Principal nor school administration. Are you ready to adjust with the timing of the classes or will the students will bear the so long time to remain in the School ?

If you are ready then we will forward you the new time table.

Thank You
