I’ve been having THE ITCH to draw mom/son more cuz i love it. I’ve been mulling over these two in my head for a little bit now.
I had an idea that this mom got hitched to someone a little too early. She got married, had a kid, started her life in the way she thought was what she wanted. After a few years, she realized that she was really unhappy. With some time, effort, tears, and hard work she and her son began to eke out their own life together! She may not have ever had kids if she wasn’t in her previous situation, but she’s so happy to have him now. The two are inseparable! ….. literally, sometimes.
I’m thinking of a real slow burn for their relationship… they’re absolutely gonna fuck asdfhdfhdf
Anyway I’m thinking like ~14 for the son’s age and 32 for mom’s age. Not sure on names yet, but boy howdy I’m having some lovely ideas of these two already <3 There’s already some sketches on my substar, I’ll post them publicly here soon!
