ZEBEC FERTILIZER IDO UPDATE FROM THE CROPPER TEAM

Our advised $ZBC Live time from #Zebec was 10AM UTC. This was updated from 4AM UTC - 10AM UTC as per our announcements yesterday.
This morning around 8:30 AM UTC, the Cropper Team discovered that some ZBC launchpad distribution was done before the advised time of 10AM UTC by @Zebec_HQ. After consulting #Zebec on the issue, we were advised to quickly move to get $ZBC pushed live on Cropper ASAP.
We then noticed other exchanges and projects quickly pushing $ZBC live at various starting times due to the miscommunication around the start time by other other distributors. By 9AM UTC we were able to push distribution live (1 hour earlier than 10AM UTC) and since ZBC is fully live.
Here's what you need to know:
1⃣Airdrop distribution is ongoing
We learned through this process that our Airdrop Distribution is not as efficient as it needs to be. In the next IDO, lottery winners will be able to claim like Tiers 3/4/5 so that at distribution, all allocations are immediately claimable.
2⃣We experienced 1 bug related to ZBC claiming and it's already fixed. The bug was that ZBC was untradable from the native wallet of the staker but would work if sent to a 2nd wallet. Now you just need to “migrate” your ZBC on the Swap page (as per pinned screenshot before this).
This is a similar function to “unwrapping wSOL” on Cropper. Once you’ve migrated your ZBC, you’ll be able to trade it freely from any wallet. Thanks for your patience during this fix.
That being said… while the situation we found at 8:30AM UTC was out of our control, we were able to control how we responded. ZBC is live on Cropper right now.
We appreciate our community for being here for this IDO. We will ensure that this never happens on Cropper Fertilizer in the future.

At Cropper we’re always looking forward, but it’s also important that we keep Croppers updated with how we’ve been improving Cropper’s IDO launchpad Fertilizer.
After our first IDO with #Zebec, we recorded all community feedback and created a survey so that we could learn how we can make the Fertilizer UX better.
Thank you to all who submitted your feedback — we read every word! Including the feedback in 6 different languages that we translated. 80% of participants surveyed were happy with the UX of Fertilizer — but we want to see that number get to 100%.
