使用整潔的保溫袋送餐

我們十分重視送餐專員的安全和送餐體驗。因天雨關係,包裝紙容易破爛。以下提示能防止紙袋於送遞過程中被浸爛:
- 請將訂單放在保溫袋中並拉上拉鍊,防止雨水滲入。
- 提取雜貨訂單時,檢查冷藏貨品是否有膠袋分裝,如情況許可,請向店員索取膠袋並分裝冷藏貨品。
- 放置乾淨毛巾於保溫袋內吸走滲入的雨水。

近日持續降雨,我們建議你穿著防水外套或雨衣送餐,安全至上!

Use a clean thermal bag during delivery

Your safety and delivery experience are our priority.

Due to rainy weather, the paper bags may be broken easily, and here are a few tips to prevent that:
- Put your order in the thermal bag and zip it up during delivery
- Check and request a plastic bag for cold items (if there is none) when picking up grocery orders.
- Keep a clean towel in the thermal bag to absorb water.

These days, it has been rainy, we remind you to wear a waterproof jacket or raincoat during delivery. Stay safe on the road!

其他大部分你遇到嘅問題(非即時訂單相關),都可以喺透過戶戶社區嘅「常見問題」自行排解疑難。如果戶戶社區資訊未能回答你,或你需要向我哋查詢,就可參考以下影片於戶戶社區嘅「聯絡我們」頁面向我哋發送訊息

If you encounter any live order issues, you should click the "Rider Support" button in the app menu directly to contact our customer care agents.

Otherwise, you should be able to solve most questions (non-live order related) by yourself with the “FAQs” on the Rider Website. If the information on Rider Website couldn’t answer your questions, or you need to contact us, you can learn to send us a message on Rider Website with the below video.

Swiping accurately through your delivery journey empowers the restaurants and customers to know when to expect you:

1️⃣ Once the order is accepted, you should head directly to the restaurant
2️⃣ Only mark yourself “Arrived at restaurant” when you are at the restaurant, and you should stay and wait for the order
3️⃣ When the order is ready, you should make sure you collect the order assigned and “tick” in the rider app
4️⃣ After you press “Collect order”, head directly to the customer
5️⃣ When you are at the customer address, you can press “Arrived at customer”
6️⃣ Make sure the order has been handed to customer before you mark “Order completed”

If you fail to follow the order journey, it may result in customer experience being affected.

The above situation will be closely monitored and if found, you may face termination of your contract.

準確標示訂單流程可以等餐廳同顧客了解送單嘅情況:

1️⃣ 接單後,你應即時前往餐廳記得要喺到達餐廳門口時,先按「到達」
2️⃣ 按「到達」後,你應停留喺餐廳等候訂單
3️⃣當餐廳出餐後,核對獲分派嘅訂單編號,並喺應用程式中剔選所領取嘅訂單
4️⃣當你提取訂單並按「已提取訂單」時,應即時前往顧客位置
5️⃣抵達顧客地址時,你可按「到達」
6️⃣當你成功將訂單交付到顧客手中後,先可按「完成訂單」

如果你沒有跟從正確流程標示你嘅運送狀況,將影響顧客及自己嘅送餐體驗。

戶戶送會密切監察以上情況,一經發現,你有機會面臨被終止合約。
