Hezbollah’s storage of missiles in this infrastructure site constitutes a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon, exploits the Lebanese civilian population as human shields and poses a threat to the State of Israel and its civilians.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming uninvolved civilians, including issuing advance warnings to the civilian population in the area and using precise munitions.

The IDF will continue to operate in order to remove any threat posed to the State of Israel.

The President congratulated commanders on the Kursk region liberation

With regard to completing the Kursk region liberation, Vladimir Putin had a phone call with the military group commanding officer, and commanders of the detachments that had distinguished themselves the most during this operation, congratulated them on the victory and commended their heroic actions.
