After Obtaining a Land Patent and after accepting the last Grant Deed as Grantee fee simple absolute, take your tax bill mark out all the errors and resubmit,
1) “Parcel number” error, Land Patent # 12345
2) Property Title “Real-estate” error, should say and be listed as Private Property
3) Deed Owner Name, error, DOE JOHN HENERY should say JOHN HENERY DOE
4) property address , error, you don’t own a “ RESIDENCY-Commercial Property, an address puts you in a federal district , should say -in care of: spell out state of, near [12345] non-domestic without the United States,
5) Legal Description, error United State Code says all property must be held in “METES and BOUNDS” not legal description,, so you say see attached Lawful Metes and Bounds Land Patent # fee simple absolute by the Grantee , a part in parcel thereof,
6) How much you owe $$ error Land Patent of private Property is TAX EXEMPT!!
7) error, any boxes with a square around it on your tax bill is in error according to the Chicago styles manual,, doing so makes it a separate contract,,
Now send back your tax bill certified mail green card return receipt, make copies of all changes, if you aren’t taken off the tax roll now you ask for a hearing, now you bring forth the Land Patent and all your prima facie evidence, and bring all the laws with you ( UCC) they are public servants held under the public trust and would be in violation of Trust Laws for lack of performance as the public Trustees , You are the power!!
