I know nothing. I now know something...

#Humankind needs to #awaken to the very real possibility that #civilisation as we currently know it will soon collapse. This could ultimately be a very, VERY good thing, however, in the short to medium term, the amount of needless #suffering in the world will continue to increase.

The collapse has already begun, only it begins very slowly, and it will eventually snowball, culminating in what many will perceive as #catastrophe.

The clues are already present, here are some that spring to mind...

• Global #Finance - current rates of #inflation will lead to #hyperinflation, which will eventually lead to hyper #deflation, culminating in the collapse of existing #fiat #currencies and debt fuelled #economies.
#Food & #Agriculture - Only 60 harvests remain on the planet, unless we radically change how we grow and consume food.
#Employment - Artificial Intelligence (#AI) and intelligent automation, such as driverless vehicles, will create unparalleled #unemployment.
#WAR - The seemingly inevitable conflict between #China and the #USA, for the dominant #ideology of humanities future will conclude soon. It began in the early 1970's.
#Climate - The estimate that the Thwaites (Doomsday) Glacier will collapse within the next 2-5 years, significantly increasing sea levels, and displacing 100s of millions of people globally, is but the tip of the #iceberg.
#Ecology - The death of the oceans, causing rapid and uncontrollable climate change, leading to a potential extinction level break down of the #environment (#Gaia hypothesis - James Lovelock).
#Health - Much of the land and water on this planet has been poisoned, leading to ever increasing rates of critical #illness.
#Water - Many places on #Earth have less than 10 years of freshwater supplies left.

I do not consider any of the above to be "conspiracy theories". They are all public domain, and most can be backed by significant #scientific #evidence and/or through credible sources.
