The Schumann Resonance is earth’s natural electromagnetic “heartbeat,” created by lightning in the space between the surface and the ionosphere. Its main frequency, the 1st order, is 7.83 Hz, followed by the 2nd order, 14.1 Hz, and finally the 3rd order, 20.3 Hz. Physicist Winfried Otto Schumann, calculated it mathematically in 1952.

A lot of people have asked me to use the sound frequency of 528Hz specifically.

Although I don’t personally believe in any significance of one frequency over another, as it is down to the resonance of the medium, this is an energetic result that feels primordial and beautiful to me.
