After careful contemplation and thorough evaluation, we have arrived at the difficult decision to discontinue operations at Cykura. This decision, though arduous, has been deemed necessary in light of various factors.

Our journey together, characterised by collaborative efforts in building and envisioning a Web3 future, has been both challenging and transformative, and for this, we express our profound gratitude.

Despite our best efforts, forces in the market outside of our control have led us to this challenging resolution.

To ensure a seamless conclusion to our operations, we have devised a structured plan, outlined as follows:

1. CYS Token Sales: For those holding CYS tokens, a limit order will be placed on OpenBook in 24 hours from this announcement, to purchase all circulating CYS tokens back at a price of $0.006. To participate in the buyback, simply head over to jup.ag at the time of the buyback opening announcement and create a sell order. 2. Community Chat Closure: Community chats will be closed for members to insure attention is focused completely on assisting individual members with the wind down process. 3. Staked CYS Token: If currently have any CYS tokens in the staker, you can withdraw them at any time to participate in the buyback. All deposits to the staker have been suspended.

4. LP Fund Withdrawal: If you possess funds in LP (Liquidity Pool), we assure you that the dApp interface will remain operational for a duration of six weeks following this announcement. During this period, you may proceed to withdraw your funds as per the usual process.
