Сейчас мы ищем Senior AQA Engineer в один из проектов нашего холдинга. Это динамично развивающийся стартап, который создаёт продукты на основе AI для автоматизации клиентской поддержки, маркетинга и HR-процессов. 💼 Что предстоит делать:
* Разработка стратегии тестирования и QA-фреймворков для LLM- и voice-продуктов;
* Настройка и поддержание инфраструктуры бенчмарков совместно с DevOps и Data-разметкой;
* Формирование прозрачной системы оценки качества генерации и обновлений моделей;
* Разработка и автоматизация интеграционных, регрессионных и нагрузочных тестов;
* Анализ метрик качества модели совместно с ML-инженерами;
