● Глубокое знание языка Go, умение писать чистый, поддерживаемый и хорошо
тестируемый код,коммерческий опыт от 2-3 х лет;
● Опыт работы с микросервисной архитектурой и распределёнными системами.
● Практический опыт разработки и поддержки высоконагруженных систем,
понимание проблем масштабируемости и отказоустойчивости;
● Опыт разработки RESTful API и/или gRPC-сервисов;
● Знание принципов многопоточности, асинхронного программирования и работы
с каналами (channels);
● Опыт работы с реляционными базами данных (PostgreSQL, MySQL) – умение
оптимизировать запросы и проектировать схемы для высокой нагрузки;
● Знание систем кэширования (Redis) и брокеров сообщений (RabbitMQ);
● Опыт работы с контейнеризацией (Docker) и оркестраторами (Kubernetes,
SWARM);
● Умение работать с инструментами мониторинга, логирования и трассировки
(Prometheus, Grafana и т.п.);
● Знакомство с практиками CI/CD и системами контроля версий (GitLab).

Будет плюсом:
● Опыт работы в сфере онлайн развлечений, игровых сервисов или финансовых
приложений.
● Понимание алгоритмов, структур данных и опыт их оптимизации в условиях
высокой нагрузки.
● Знание принципов безопасности веб-приложений и сетевых протоколов.
● Владение английским языком на уровне, достаточном для чтения технической
документации.
