Project is in the maritime logistics sector within the GCC region. The project consists of two key workstreams:

🔹Digital Maturity & Data Platform Strategy
This includes assessing the company’s level of digital maturity, reviewing the data management strategy and architecture, designing a target-state architecture (considering a broad partner and data landscape), developing a data catalog, and formulating a roadmap for implementing and scaling a data platform.

🔹AI Use Case Development & Productization
This involves co-defining a set of AI use case hypotheses with the client, building 3–4 prototypes to quickly validate value, shaping the target functionality of the final solution (either based on a single prototype or a combination), and implementing a full product — including all necessary data pipelines and integration into the client’s IT landscape.
