If you'll allow me to schizo rrat for a second I believe a lot of this response from phase seems to be championed by Gumbun and McGuire of ProdYakkai.

ProdYakkai are the company behind Carrier Con which takes place in the San Francisco area just minutes from where Phase Con is to take place.
At the end of last year they teased a collaboration with Phase Connect which would seemingly be Phase Con.

These connections lead me to believe that they are the main drivers behind the response we're seeing to Jelly credit to how they are one of the few promoting the post and with how much Phase has struggled to secure a venue for Phase Con ProdYakkai is holding Sakana and company hostage with their commitment to Phase Con.

This could all be schizo rambling but the fact they they promoted this post so early and did so at all speaks volumes to me.
