Deer dog, I just had sleep paralysis so intense that all my bad trips don’t even come close.
I really need to learn again how to recognize when I’m in sleep paralysis, I’ve kind of lost the ability to spot it.
The problem is I’m on a very strong medication right now, and it felt like a hardcore overdose.
And it’s terrifying when, in the dream, it feels like you’re just completely obliterated with drugs, so you can’t tell that you're just dreaming.
Even though all the classic sleep paralysis signs were there.
