Gently scrape the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough in half, setting one of the pieces aside. Divide the first piece of dough into three sections.
Roll and stretch each section to a 35 sm length, then fold it in half.
Twist and stretch each section so that itβs 30 sm long.
Starting with one of the dough twists, twirl the dough into a round, attaching the other dough twists to continue building a round loaf. Tuck the final end under the dough.
Repeat this process with the reserved dough to make a second loaf. Transfer the two dough rounds to the prepared baking sheet. Set in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
Heat the oven to 180Β°C.
Brush the dough with the egg wash. Bake until the top is a deep golden amber, 25 to 35 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes.
Put the confectionersβ sugar in a small bowl, and stir in the vanilla. Add enough of the milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bread.

Asian Beef Lo Mein
Ingredients:
230 gr egg noodles, or spaghetti
230 gr flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 medium carrot, matchsticks
3 cups broccoli, cut into florets
Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
Prepare the noodles according to the package directions.
Cut flank steak into thin strips.
Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, add the beef strips and marinate for 5-10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar and ginger.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in vegetable oil. Fry the beef strips about 2 minutes until no longer pink.
Then add the minced garlic, sliced carrots and broccoli. Stir fry for about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add noodles. Toss together with the sauce and drizzle with the Asian sesame oil.

1/4 cup tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice (about 1 or 2 lemon)
1 tablespoon honey
Salt, to taste
Directions:
Toss quinoa, avocado, tomato, basil, cilantro and chopped almonds in a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, honey and salt and mix everything well. Pour over the salad and toss to mix well.
Adjust seasoning with salt if needed, and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.

Rice flour β 2 tablespoons.
Medium carrot β 1 piece.
Medium zucchini β 1 piece.
Parsley β to taste.
Onion β 1 piece.
Eggs β 3 pieces.
Salt β 2 teaspoons.
Pepper β 1 teaspoon.
β³Preparation:
1. Chop the chicken fillet in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil.
2. Grate the carrot on a grater and also fry it in vegetable oil. Grate the zucchini on a grater and squeeze out the excess liquid. Finely chop the parsley.
3. Mix the minced chicken with all the ingredients to form a homogeneous mass.
4. Shape the cutlets with wet hands and fry them in vegetable oil until they have a light golden brown crust and are half-cooked.
5. Place the cutlets in a baking dish and cook them in the oven at 180 Β°C for 20β25 minutes.

Greek Lemon Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice (uncooked)
olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
Β½ cup orzo pasta
2 lemons, juice of (PLUS zest of 1 lemon)
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
salt
handful chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dill (dry dill)
Instructions:
Wash rice well and then soak it for about 15 to 20 minutes in plenty of cold water. Drain well.
Heat about 3 tablespoon olive oil in a large sauce pan with a lid. Add onions and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and orzo pasta. Toss around for a bit until the orzo has gained some color then stir in the rice. Toss to coat.
Now add lemon juice and broth. Bring liquid to a rolling boil, then turn heat to low. Cover and let cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is done and liquid is absorbed.
Remove rice from heat. Leave it covered and do not disturb rice for about 10 minutes or so.
Uncover and stir in parsley, dill and lemon zest.
