🍞 Half-Burgers for Dinner
🗒 Ingredients:
‣ White bread – 6 slices
‣ Tomato sauce or ketchup – 100 g
‣ Ground meat – 1 kg
‣ Salt – 1 tbsp
‣ Black pepper – ½ tsp
‣ Dried garlic – 1 tsp
‣ Tomato – 1 piece
‣ Mozzarella cheese – 200 g
🍽 Instructions:
1. Spread tomato sauce on the slices of bread.
2. Add salt, dried garlic, and pepper to the ground meat. Mix well.
3. Divide the meat into 6 portions and form patties.
4. Place the patties on the bread.
5. Top with tomato slices and grated mozzarella.
6. Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 40 minutes.

💫 Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
500 gr chicken wings separated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Glaze:
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
20 gr honey
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine wings, vegetable oil, garlic powder, herbs de Provence, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread wings onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and flip. Return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
While the wings are cooking, make the glaze. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and herbs de Provence and cook 30 seconds. Add honey and stir until smooth.
Once fully cooked, remove wings from the oven and change the oven to broil. Flip all wings skin-side up and brush with glaze. Broil for 2-4 minutes until crispy.

Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Melt the butter. Pour ~ 1 tsp of butter over each piece of chicken
Preheat the oven to 220°. Bake the chicken for ~ 15-17 minutes. Serve with vegetables and your favorite sauce.
