✨ Pita bread with egg and cheese🌯
📝Ingredients:
Pita bread – to taste.
Cheese – to taste.
Boiled eggs – to taste. (based on 1 egg per 1 pita roll)
Raw egg – 1 piece.
Milk – to taste.
Dill – to taste.
Sour cream – to taste.
Dried garlic – to taste.
⏳Preparation:
1. Grate the boiled eggs and cheese, add dill, dried garlic, and sour cream.
2. Cut the pita bread into strips and roll up the filling into a tube.
3. Lightly beat the raw egg with a small amount of milk.
4. Dip the tubes into the egg mixture and place them on a preheated non-stick frying pan.
5. Fry for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
500 gr ground beef
1/4 butternut squash peeled and chopped into cubes
1 green bell pepper chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1 can (400 gr) red kidney beans, rinsed
200 gr corn from the can, rinsed
800 gr tomatoes from the can
500 ml water
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp sugar
salt
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
To the same pan, add cubed butternut squash, chopped green bell pepper, minced garlic, kidney beans, corn, and canned tomatoes.
Add 2 cups of water.
Season with chili powder, cumin, sugar, and salt to taste.
Mix everything well, and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. Cook on low simmer for about 20-25 minutes until squash is tender. Remove from heat.
Season with more salt, if necessary.
Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Crush the savoiardi into fine crumbs. Add the powdered sugar, cheese, and coffee. If you have rum or amaretto flavoring, you can add that too—it makes it even tastier! Mix everything until smooth. Shape the mixture into small balls with your hands. It’s best to wear gloves, but I didn’t have any 🤷🏼♀️. Roll each ball in cocoa powder and let them chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.

Ingredients:
• 600 g chicken breast
• 2 zucchinis
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• Chicken seasoning
• Salt
• Sauce (of your choice)
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate with soy sauce, spices, and salt.
2. Slice the zucchini into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Salt both sides and let sit for 15 minutes. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
3. Thread the marinated chicken and zucchini alternately onto skewers. Brush with sauce on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
