@WeAreCanProud: Officer put himself into a crossfire, no effort to immediately secure knives while he's down, slow to go hands on and apply restraints. UoF standards at TPS need some work.

Russia is carrying out a combined attack with ballistic missiles and Shahed-type OWA-UAVs on the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, tonight.

Some of the aerial targets have been intercepted by Ukrainian air defenses.

RT @olya_rudenko: I’m often asked “what it’s like” in Kyiv.

It’s 2 a.m. now. The Russian attack started around four hours ago.

It started with some drones, most of them intercepted far from the city center.

The missiles came about an hour ago. Only a few, but extremely loud. Intercepted.

Almost immediately, drones come again. These ones get close. They circle above the city center, making the notorious buzzing sound, followed by the sound of the fire shot by the air defense squads trying to take them down.

And where are the people? The most careful ones take shelter: a metro station, a basement, an underground parking a lot. Many stay in their apartment but move to a safer room: the bathroom or the corridor, putting as many walls as possible between themselves and the sounds outside. Many do nothing, staying in bed, hoping for the air defense to do the job.

News comes in that the falling debris hit the top floor of an apartment building in western Kyiv, setting it on fire. In a different part of the city, a report of two injured.

The attack continues. We listen on.

RT @OSINTua: Korean SPGs and MRLSs becoming more popular at the frontline.

That photo of a Russian M1991 MRLS was shared with two months ago from Kreminna area.

RUAF received a huge amount of artillery from Korea. And including the fact that they are long-range — quite hard to destroy them.
