Grom-2 likely would have a bigger crater and have a smaller radius of damage
ATACMS M39 and M39A have 275 M74 bomb fragments that scatter before impact causing damage to a large area which was evident by many destroyed aircrafts

Probably, these exercises should take place in the restricted flight zones: the south of Belarus and two additional zones located in the northeastern part of Babruisk (Mogilev region) and in the southeastern part of Polatsk (Vitebsk region).

According to this logic, Ziabrauka fits, but at the same time the Ministry of Defense of Belarus has not reported either the exact locations of these exercises on the territory of Belarus, or at what time of the day they are planned.

@MatthewDownhour ATACMS Missiles can hit Sevastopol using both Himars and M270. Sevastopol is less than 300km away from the frontline. They could also use the precision strike missile on HIMARS but that has not been released yet, it will be released next year.

@VictorishB123 Why would Russia already know it? US could give Ukraine weapons with high explosive charges, which cause a large explosion and leave 0 evidence of the Missile it is. If true Russia would already know all the missiles Ukraine ever used. You’re overestimating Russia’s capabilities.

@paoloadam The thing is Neptune has a low explosive charge and also the explosion yesterday wasn’t consistent with a Neptune. Also Ukraine today and within the week struck multiple targets at 150-200km away from the frontline far on land. Are those also all Neptune? Or is US providing help?
