Sweden would need to procure an additional five of such radars to make all seven batteries operational.

Another possibility is that Sweden will integrate one of SAAB's radar offerings with those 5 batteries instead, with the two TRML-4Ds being procured as an interim solution before Saab's radar is integrated.
