Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)
These are estimates based on hundreds of hours of research on all strikes Russia has conducted on Ukraine in the past three years. It is not guessing, as some say.
The estimate is made up of the largest verified missile attacks Russia has done against Ukraine throughout the war, such as the largest Kinzhal strike, the largest Kh-59/69 strike, the largest Onyx strike, etc. These are combined with several other factors to estimate the largest combined strike on Ukraine in one night if Russia were to use all these missile types at once.
They have loaded and deployed around 30 Kalibrs in the Black Sea at this moment. It’s unlikely they will fire every Kalibr deployed in the Black Sea in one night, but they have the capability, too. Keep in mind that the largest missile strike Russia has ever done was 127 missiles in one night.
It involved
77 X-101s
28 Kalibrs
10 Kh-59/69s
6 Iskanders
3 Kinzhals
3 Kh-22s
An estimate of 195 missiles is much larger than their largest single night missile strike, especially when they only had 3 days since Ukraine attacked Russian bombers
If anyone thinks Russia can use every missile they have in one night, or can use 1,000 Kinzhals and unlimited Oreshniks at once, that’s impossible. It’s like claiming Ukraine can use 2000 drones on Russia in one night now. Ukraine may have 2000 long-range drones to fire, but they don’t have the capability to fire all 2000 at once. This is a fact for every country and military on Earth, and has been proven by every Shahed and missile strike Russia has done.
It takes time to increase logistics to launch an increasingly larger number of missiles with each strike, like Russia has been growing its capability to launch more Shaheds at Ukraine over the years.
Russia couldn't launch 300 Shaheds at once at Ukraine 1.5 years ago, even though they likely had more than 300 Shaheds. Increasing the number of missiles and drones that can be fired at once takes a lot of time and logistics, and this estimate is based on that.
