The Land, Sea, and Air nuclear triad that US, Russia, and China have, turned into mostly Land and Sea for Russia today
Russia only has around 30 operational Tu-95 bombers, and 17 non-operational Tu-95s. They can’t build anymore since they were all built during the Soviet Union

The interesting thing is that Russia uses the same 15 to 20 Tu-95 bombers, which were modernized, against Ukraine 🇺🇦
If these got taken out then that entirely hampers Russia’s ability to strike Ukraine with X-101 cruise missiles

@antiwatnic: Long Range Aviation have been flying combat sorties since the opening salvo, so despite their nuclear role, I consider them fair game and while the most successful, this isn't the first strike against them.
What I have had, and still will have concerns about, are installations that are solely related to nuclear weapons, especially strategic ones, that play no active role in the war.
