RT @Nataliia_Shapo: Ukraine and US just signed Critical Raw Materials Deal. It now covers also infrastructure and energy, and sets DFC as a vehicle for the Recovery Investment Fund. UA contributes gov revenues from licences, and US contribute investment, military support will count as investment.
Not clear if US will have privilege in purchase of the licences for critical materials, but Deal mentions that it doesn’t interfere with UA pass to EU.

Highlights: Update for the past few days has gone in, and it's not a good one for Ukraine.
Russian forces advanced in numerous directions:
Sumy - Russian forces enter Bilvody and likely push further due to lack of Ukrainian manpower. (Pic 1)
Lyman - Russian forces take Nove and raise their flags, with no sign of them slowing down here or Ukraine counterattacking. The issue here, and we've raised it before, is this is soon to be putting the whole Lyman to Kreminna forest area in real trouble - very likely losing far more than just fixing the damn problem would involve. (Pic 2)
N Kharkiv - Russian forces raise flag in Kamyanka, north Kharkiv over the Oskil due to lack of Ukrainian manpower and lack of any initiative to push the Russians back to the river... (Pic 3)
Bilohorivka - Russian forces enter Hryhorivka west of Bilohorivka before getting hit by 81st Airmobile, either via the...
