🚨🇺🇸🇳🇱 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands of up to 163 Tomahawk Block V All Up Rounds (AURs); 12 Tomahawk Block IV AURs; up to 10 Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control Systems (TTWCS); and up to 2 Tomahawk Block IV telemetry missiles, plus associated equipment and services for an estimated cost $2.19 billion.
The prime contractor would be Raytheon.

There is no contract. The marginal unit price of the missile is the same for both DoD and FMS customers, that's the point of the FMS program. FMS customers actually bring unit prices down.
