RT @Matt_Costlow: Interestingly, the Soviets had stolen NATO's secret war plans in the 1980s and discovered they were, in fact, defensive. After the Cold War, US officials asked why the Soviets kept calling NATO aggressive when they knew from exquisite intel, it was not. @cym27s: It’s the Iskander missile factory, ammunition depots, and launchers that need to be struck. Air defense in this case is impossible to cover everything since Ukraine would need like 100 Patriot systems to defend all these possible areas.

RT @LucasFoxNews: Trump aboard AF1: “Europe has not been successful in dealing with President Putin, but I think I will be successful.”
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@cym27s: That’s impossible, Ukraine can only decrease the impact if you hit the source, not the missiles. Like will the US send 5,000 PAC-2/3 missiles and half of all their Patriots? Probably not, the whole war the best solution is to strike factories, bombers, launchers, and ammo depots.

Several eastern front states are already well on their way to this on their own initiative, as they should. The US itself is not going to spend 5% though (and hasn't since 1980s), so the rest of NATO isn't either. 2% is certainly inadequate, 3% or 3.5% should be new floor. https://twitter.com/stevenchase/status/1907916837427491032#m

RT @Lithuanian_MoD: We bid farewell to the fallen U.S. soldiers with respect and gratitude. Because, as we have said many times, they are our soldiers too. In this moment of tragedy, we stood together. It is a testament to the strength of unity even in the darkest times.

RT @DKThomp: A lot of folks want to argue for a future-world that doesn't yet exist, in which the Trump tariffs guide us to a perfect equilibrium for US growth. But the tariff plan announced yesterday does exist. We can read it. It does not make sense and is not defensible on its own terms.

@johnsmith3433 @DKThomp: No, because that money doesn't just flow into their economy. Lesotho's diamond mine is owned by a British company.
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@Altair0293 @astraiaintel: You can’t give 200 IFVs, 50 tanks, 0 fighters, 50 long range missiles with significant restrictions, no cluster munitions, months late and nearly publicize war plans then claim no amount of aid would’ve helped Ukraine win an offensive

They weren’t sent 1/10th of what was needed
