@ukraine_map @ItsTheEnforcer: It’s not false, you’re just uninformed. Two hours ago you said $106 billion was delivered in humanitarian aid then proceeded to show and article from September talking about aid packages approved by Congress.

Do you know what USAI is? Do you know how PDA works? Like are you aware of what these programs are?

RT @StratcomCentre: The steady stream of falsehoods that Elon Musk spreads onto this platform is mind boggling.

Today Musk presented the flagrant lie that an “official of Zelensky’s Defense Ministry stole $46 million" when in reality the man he refers to was an official from the old days of the Russian-backed Yanukovych regime, Dmytro Peregudov—an official wanted by Ukrainian authorities since 2017 for corruption.

Peregudov worked under Russia's puppet kleptocrat Yanukovych (2011–2012) before heading Ukroboronprom (state defense corporation), replacing Dmytro Salamatin, who later became Minister of Defense under Yanukovych. Both have been fugitives for years—Salamatin since 2014, Peregudov since 2017.

All the above men listed here are likely still hiding in Russia with their ill-gotten gains.

This is not about today’s Ukraine. It’s time to stop spreading Russian narratives.

@ItsTheEnforcer: The source that you showed is about the aid approved, not delivered to Ukraine. You seem not to be able to comprehend that. You can go to the sources I showed you about specifically the aid pledge to Ukraine. I will fully breakdown for you the military aid that has been approved by Congress, pledged, and delivered to Ukraine. They are three different amounts.

The Updated Source of aid to Ukraine from January has $65.9 billion pledged since February 24, 2022. This number is matched by the Pentagon, the White House, and the State Department from January, not from some article you found online.

$34.0 billion in PDA, and $31.0 billion in USAI. According to data from last month

Here is all the sources you need: if you want to believe that the State Department, White House, and Pentagon is lying about US aid, you can do that.

USAI Commitments:

From January 8, 2025
$21.2 Billion - Delivered
$9.8 Billion - Not Delivered
$1.7 Billion - Yet to be pledged

I will explain, for you and for others how USAI works. US orders from companies like Raytheon to get weapons delivered for Ukraine. US ordered $31 billion and weapons for Ukraine, some of those weapons are made quickly like shells. Other weapons like NASAMS systems take many years to make and deliver. That’s why $9.8 has not yet been delivered and according to the Pentagon Spokesperson, these orders will take years to reach Ukraine.

PDA Authority Packages: https://comptroller.defense.gov/Budget-Execution/PDA_Announcements/

72 packages have been pledged to Ukraine by the US president since February 24, 2022. This aid comes directly from US stockpiles to Ukraine on a plane or by ship. This aid still is arriving in Ukraine every day of the week. However, around $32 billion of that aid has been delivered. With $2 billion yet to be delivered. Trump still has the ability to pledge some of that aid, several billions of it to Ukraine. Again, pledged does not mean delivered.

Your article is from September, these are the reports by the US of weapons pledged to Ukraine in September 2024.

DOD report for total pledged aid as of September 24, 2024: https://media.defense.gov/2024/Sep/25/2003554054/-1/-1/1/UKRAINE-FACT-SHEET-25-SEPTEMBER.PDF

The Department of Defense stated that $56.3 billion was pledged during the time the article you are showing was released. Meaning less was delivered. That’s nowhere near the number of 69.8 billion which you are falsely claiming.

If you actually decided to read the article, it is clearly pointing out every single bill passed for Ukraine aid, and saying how much of that money in total will be allocated to Ukraine. Not that has been delivered.

This is the full calculation of all the aid approved by Congress for Ukraine during the war, in USAI and PDA which that article you showed refers to.

April 2024 Bill:
$13.78 Billion in USAI
$7.80 Billion in PDA

Total: $21.58 billion

December 2022 Bill
$9.00 Billion in USAI
$14.54 Billion in PDA

Total: $23.54 billion

September 2022 Bill:
$3.00 Billion in USAI
$3.70 Billion in PDA

Total: $6.7 Billion

May and March 2022 Bill:
$6.00 Billion in USAI
$11.30 Billion in PDA

Total: $17.3 Billion

Total of all aid packages since start of the war: $69.12 billion (+/- 0.1 billion)

PDA approved: $37.3 billion
USAI approved: $31.8 billion

The Biden Administration has some loopholes where they pledged several hundred million in USAI when aid was blocked bringing additional aid to +$600 million of what was approved by Congress

This is the maximum amount of aid approved for Ukraine. This is where you get the $69.2 billion number from in the article

The total military aid pledged to Ukraine is calculated by adding up pledged PDA, USAI, and FMF

$31.0 in USAI Pledged
$34.1 in PDA Pledged
Total Pledged: $65.1 Billion

FMF is money sent for Ukraine via military aid, the amount is $3.6 billion from 2022 through 2024

All pledged military aid has not been delivered

Total Delivered:
$21.2 Billion of $31.0 Billion in USAI
$30-$32 billion of...

@ukraine_map @Webs49912J @ItsTheEnforcer: It appears that he didn’t read the article either, just took the numbers from it. Back in September when the article was released $56.3 billion in military aid had already been sent to Ukraine. Of the total $69.2 billion approved in military aid package

My source: DoD, Pentagon
Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@ItsTheEnforcer: As of today, a total of $51.3 billion to $56.3 billion in military aid has been delivered to Ukraine by US

As of September 2024, a total of $56.3 billion in military aid was delivered to Ukraine according to the DoD, Pentagon

The article you are showed talks about how much money approved by Congress would be going directly to Ukraine, not how much military aid has been delivered to Ukraine

These numbers were confirmed with only US government sources including all Congressional Bills past on Ukraine as of the last US aid package pledged to Ukraine on January 2025

Full Breakdown:

$65.9 billion of military aid has been pledged by the US since February 24, 2022

$34.0 billion in PDA, and $31.0 billion in USAI

It’s a basic misunderstanding of how different military aid is delivered to Ukraine.

That’s nowhere near the number of $69.8 billion being falsely claiming. The CFR article clearly is talking about the direct aid that Ukraine would be provided from the bills passed by Congress.
