RT @RALee85: "Russia's Ryazan oil refinery has suspended operations after an attack by Ukrainian drones late last week, two industry sources told Reuters on Monday.

They said oil storage at the refinery had been set ablaze. Among damaged equipment were a railway loading rack and a hydrotreater unit used to remove impurities from refined products.

'The railway loading equipment has been damaged. There have been no railways loadings, they stopped oil processing,' one person said.

Another source said the loadings have been suspended since Friday, also confirming that the plant has been stopped due to inability to dispatch oil products."

UK and Canada imposed new sanctions against the Lukashenka regime today.

The UK sanctions affect 6 individuals and 3 entities:
• Ihar Karpenka (head of the Central Election Comission of Belarus);
• Viktar Dubrouka (head of penal colony No.11);
• Pavel Kazakou (head of prison No.1, Hrodna);
• Andrei Tsedrik (head of the internal service of pre-trial detention center No.1);
• Andrei Ananenka (head of GUBOPiK);
• Mikhail Bedunkevich (deputy head of GUBOPiK).

• JSC ALEVKURP;
• Legmash plant;
• Design Bureau Unmanned Helicopters.

Canada’s sanctions list includes 10 individuals: Halina Lukashenka, Volha Marshalovich, Artsiom and Maksim Balaba, Iryna and Ihar Karpiankou, Uladzislau Paulenka, Uladzimir Chudakou, Anatol Savianok and Andrei Ananenka.

Canada also adds the following entities to the sanctions list:
OMON, GUBOPiK, KGB, Stankogomel, Belarusian Metallurgical Plant, Legmash, Design Bureau Unmanned Helicopters, LLC Laboratory of...

I think the loading of this one, or not, is a usable indicator for the Russian Navy leaving for good.
