It is 2025 now, Ukraine would likely be able to defend throughout 2025 without US aid, but towards the end of 2025, it would become harder. That would be Trump intentionally surrendering Ukraine and Europe’s security to Russia

Ukraine doing negotiations means surrendering 20% of the country to Russia with no actual security guarantees, basically a Budapest Memorandum 2.0, allowing another invasion by Russia in several years, which they will do, and it’s the only reason they do not want Ukraine in NATO after the war

The idea that it would be good to stop the war by taking sanctions off Russia, which Trump plans to do after a ceasefire, allowing Russia to keep all of the territories they occupied in Ukraine and have no guarantee that they will be defended when Russia invades again in several years, negotiations would only provide temporary relief. It would show that Putin’s terror bombing and psychological warfare for months worked against the Ukrainian population, making them want to surrender all the land Putin stole in exchange for a ceasefire. Since Putin got away for a second time, he will do it a third time.

Even the NATO Secretary General said Ukraine would not be going into negotiations with a position of strength. It’s the same mistake made after 2014. Russia gets to get away with everything, resets, and invades Ukraine in the future.

Why people say it’s wrong to do negotiations now is because the correct course of action is to put more sanctions on Russia on their oil and gas industry, like sanctions the remaining 80% of their hidden tanker fleet, which would have an impact on the economy, sending Ukraine sufficient amounts of weaponry so they could do another an offensive into Russia or occupied-Ukraine, including doing long-range, strikes on Russian oil, refineries, and military bases which would significant weakness Russia something Biden was scared of.

Russia cannot keep the war going forever if that action is taken. The only reason Ukraine is in a weak position now is that the Trump administration and Biden administration was weak and do not want to go against Russia, trying to force Ukraine into negotiations. They must realize it is the only correct course of action to take serious action against Russia.

It’s pretty surprising how all that Russia wants to do is mobilize more soldiers and continue invading Ukraine, and all that the West wants to do is force Ukraine into negotiations and decrease the weapons supply. Realize the reality that negotiations will not stop Russian aggression; it hasn’t for the past 20 years; it only gives Russia time to reset and continue invading Ukraine 🇺🇦

Trump needs to aid Ukraine and increase sanctions not decrease aid, Europe also needs to increase aid and sanctions, and Ukraine increase mobilization
