@diplo_thomas1: The issue is in officers and NCOs, especially the older and more experienced one's one needs to make this work.

We have retention issues now and the plan includes an increase of 4600 of those categories by 2036.

Conscript intake is to be increased by the same number annually, but this is in itself not a major issue, as long as there is someone to train them, which again points to the first challenge.
