@AlDefinitely: We don’t know. There is enough evidence to suggest that the plane was possibly shot down over Homs and then quickly crashed. But there’s no evidence to say that Assad was in the aircraft as of now. However, there were likely Syrian Officials, Commanders in the plane leaving Syria

@clashreport: That’s a pretty big claim to be making. There is currently no evidence to suggest that Bashar Al Assad was on that plane.

However, there is a high chance that it was shot down over Homs and crashed while carrying Syrian political and military Officials trying to flee Damascus
