@FRHoffmann1: I think this would depend on the radar's parameters, the location of the site and how much clutter and noise wind farms would make for any particular setup.
At low elevations, there could be issues against all types of targets.

@Shivak03: I'm thinking more about a new invasion of Ukraine. If forced to be neutral, they will be very vulnerable.
With NATO in its current form, I find a direct military attack unlikely but that can change due to events elsewhere or political instability in Western countries.
This doesn't mean that NATO countries shouldn't urgently rearm and prepare with a whole of society approach.
Credible deterrence is very important in reducing the risk of a larger war in the years ahead.

RT @tshugart3: PRC ferry alert: looks like 3 PLA-associated Bo Hai Ferries have left their normal Yellow Sea routes & are headed south, stated destination of Xiamen on the Taiwan Strait.
Given modest numbers, I’d guess this is for some sort of exercise, albeit fairly late in the year for that.
