According to “eRadarrua” Telegram channel, at around 19:30-20:00, 4 kamikaze drones of the Shahed type entered the territory of Ukraine. Preliminarily, they flew from the direction of Belarus.
It’s known that two of them flew into the country in the area of the Kyiv reservoir, and 2 other drones – in the area of Chernihiv.

The channel notes that at the moment it’s unknown where exactly they were launched from, it’s possible that they could have been launched from Bryansk region.

The United States announced a $425 million security assistance package for Ukraine that includes:

- additional air defense capability,
- air-to-ground munitions,
- armored vehicles,
- munitions.

In the coming months, the United States will provide Ukraine with a range of additional capabilities, including:

- hundreds of air defense interceptors,
- dozens of tactical air defense systems,
- additional artillery systems,
- significant quantities of ammunition,
- hundreds of armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles,
- thousands of additional armored vehicles.

All of which will help to equip Ukraine’s armed forces.

8.🇷🇺POWs at Vochansk Aggregate Plant continued, 24 SEP.
Strangely among the 20 or so🇷🇺POWs taken at the plant, one is a Russian who grew up in Finland. He was deported in 2017 due to a conviction and was later put in the 'Sturm V' unit of the 128th Motor Rifle Bde. Captured by the Karelian Combat group 'NORD', part of the Russian Volunteer Corps. He tells of his wounds and the already widely reported lack of food among the defenders.
'Nord' declares itself as 'a voluntary military unit consisting of the indigenous peoples of Karelia and fraternal Finno-Ugric and Scandinavian ethnic groups'.

Several more UAVs may have flown into Ukraine from the territory of Belarus

@war_monitor_ua reports that the UAVs are being tentatively launched from Bryansk region (Russia). They note that the type of these UAVs is still being specified.
