@cym27s: We need those THAAD interceptors. The US only has less than 1,000 of them. Wasting a couple hundreds on one attack from Iran on Israel, or even worse a couple of attacks, would serious damage the US stockpile.

@SinisterSilver2: No. THAAD wouldn't even help Ukraine given the threat spectrum they face. Most of Russia's munitions fly under its floor.

@sentdefender: US has less than 1,000 THAAD interceptor missiles and 7 batteries. Iran launched 180 ballistic missiles in one attack, using a significant number of THAAD interceptors would serious degrade the US stockpile after a couple of attacks, even with other systems like Arrow being used.

THAAD is best used against serious threats to US troops and air bases, not on garbage missiles which have under a 5% chance of hitting their targets missing by hundreds of meters

In the video I think we see all 4 NORFLT SSBNs that currently are active.
