RT @InsiderGeo: Romania, During the night, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations issued an RO-Alert message for the population in the Northern area of Tulcea county after the structures with the role of defense and monitoring of the border airspace spotted a group of drones that they were heading towards targets on the Ukrainian territory on the border with Romania. It's not the first time it happens, there have been incidents in the past already noted when Russian drones fell on Romanian territory.

'As infantry, you need to run, you need to be strong, you need to carry heavy equipment,” he added. “It’s hard to do that if you aren’t young.'”

Harpoon is an anti-ship missile that Ukraine was sent, and it hasn’t really been used because Russian ships don’t come close to Odesa anymore. HARM is a US Anti-Radar Missile used by Ukraine.
Missiles like ATACMS, SCALP-EG, and Storm Shadow are significantly lacking in their impact now for two reasons.
1. Ukraine is not allowed to strike any targets in Russia with Western Missiles, of which there are over a thousand important military targets in their range
2. Ukraine is not being sent enough Cruise Missiles and ATACMS, nor have any JASSM been supplied yet. US has the ability to send several hundreds of cruise missiles and hundreds of ATACMS and allow Ukraine to strike Russia, which would significantly impact the war in favor of Ukraine, but it doesn’t want to because they are scared of escalation.
Ukraine cannot win the war without this capability; it’s impossible. They need to be able to strike targets deep inside Russia with Western Cruise Missiles and be given hundreds of them; without this capability, ATACMS and all other Western long-range missiles are not as effective at this point when only used in Ukraine.
