It seems things are still exploding in Toropets.

🇮🇳🇮🇹🇺🇦 Despite Russian protests, Indian artillery ammunition continues to end up in Ukraine

Under one of several different arrangements, Italian company MES is importing L15A1 155mm shell bodies from Yantra India, filling them with explosives, and then sending them to Ukraine.

Other countries in Europe such as Czechia are also procuring ammunition from India.

🇺🇲🇺🇦 "First rate" is not the term I would use to characterize a piece that makes numerous factual errors, but to each their own I suppose.

The US has not sent 3 million M795s to Ukraine, for example. Most have been. the older M107. If Ukraine had received 3 million M795s, Russian casualties would be substantially higher. That's now poor the lethality of the M107 is. https://twitter.com/MikeRGlenn/status/1836781217292689824#m

🇺🇲🇺🇦 Just now, @DepPentPressSec is repeating this debunked talking point that there are no strategically important targets up to 300km into Russian territory, so ATACMS wouldn't be useful for Ukraine.

Zvannoe, Kursk Obl, early SEP
A previously undocumented🇷🇺truck loss hides in the hole in the bridge (see older geo).
Its different from the dump-truck later wrecked here.
There are 7 other🇷🇺truck, bridging + BMP losses in the film, all are already recorded.t.me/alexeyzolotarev46/20 https://twitter.com/jkmncz/status/1829834538878439880#m

For @Rebel44CZ @WritingFates @WarSpotting @lost_warinua
The exact location of this hidden truck wreck should be at about 51.388266, 34.553976.

RT @JohnH105: Interesting--footage from Putin's visit to the Special Technology Center in St. Petersburg shows what looks like a one-way attack UAV that resembles the Shahed-136/Geran-2 but has a seeker. Previously, a leaked document from Russia's Shahed/Geran factory in Alabuga included a proposal for such a variant, referred to as the MS

RT @RALee85: "Experts, surveyed by the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (HRMMU), forecast that power blackouts in Ukraine will last from 4 to 18 hours every day in winter.

Details: 'This winter will be very hard. People will likely face regular power blackouts throughout the country. Any new attacks, which will lead to more durable outages, may have catastrophic consequences,' Daniel Bell, the head of HRMMU, said.

Bell stated that the consequences of the attacks will be durable and require a complex approach.

'National and international partners must unite the efforts to restore critical infrastructure and hold those who caused damages accountable,' she said."

A missile with triple the payload and about double the range would, IMO, not be a modified Neptune but a completely new missile.

As for known candidates possibly used in this strike, I think Palianytsia is the best bet.

Can't rule out something unknown though.
