After Trump withdrew the US from the Treaty, flash forward 5 years and a Dem admin has deploy a system to the Philippines for the last 5 months and would now like to see a system deploy to Japan for exercises. Great news.
We were right to withdraw, push ahead with the development of new systems, and as the strategic environment continues to shift allies are more open to hosting these systems.
