RT @Tendar: Ukrainian forces struck the Atlas oil plant in the Kamensky district, Rostov region, in Russia. At least two oil tanks are burning and more are about to be affected.

The local Russian regime authorities fear a similar scenario as in Proletarsk, where the fire is still raging.

The procurement says that the body armor for the Ministry of Emergency Situations must have a protection class of at least Br5 – this is one of the highest levels of protection among body armor.

It can protect a person from shots from a Kalashnikov assault rifle and SDV rifle, the higher protection class is only Br6, which also protects from the OSV-96 large-caliber rifle.
The internal documents inform that the vest must also have a strap for dragging the victim.
