🇺🇲🇳🇴 The US State Department has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale to Norway of 100 AMRAAM-ER missiles, plus associated equipment and services for an estimated cost of $405 million. These will equip Norway's NASAMS air defense units.
The prime contractor would be Raytheon.
"The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded."

@Bob24197750: Raytheon has already been working to increase AMRAAM production capacity; it will reach 1200/year by December. The backlog continues to grow though because FMS demand is so robust.

The majority party in the House is the Republican Party and the majority party in the Senate is the Democratic Party. Both the House bill and the Senate bill included this provision, requiring the Biden Admin to provide the Congressional Committees of jurisdiction with a strategy outlining how they will enable Ukraine to defeat Russia. Hope that clears things up for you since you don't seem to understand any of this.
