RT @John_A_Ridge: @kromark: The first pontoon bridge is east of Glushkovo. It is targeted by at least three M31 GMLRS. The apparent dispersion is likely a consequence of Russian GPS denial.

The second bridge is east of Zvannoye. It is targeted by at least two M30A0 GMLRS, dispensing DPICM submunitions. https://twitter.com/kromark/status/1826175160606490816#m

Ukraine Battle Map (Twitter)

@OmegaOne734428 @John_A_Ridge: US has more cruise missiles and ATACMS than any country has combined. US has 6,500 JASSM, 4,000 Tomahawks, 2,200 ATACMS, and 1,000 other long range missiles. And will have over 10,000 JASSM and 4,000 PRSM, and 500 more ATACMS. Plus Taiwan has their own long range cruise missiles as well.

You’re saying this like US is going to war with China tomorrow, that first is highly unlikely, and would not happen for many years, and would be influenced significantly by the outcome of the Ukraine war. This fear of sending sufficient numbers of missiles to Ukraine and preserving them until they are not needed anymore is the same reason US has scrapped thousands of missiles and old equipment over the decades. It’s a waste of money, it showed weakness, and is ignorant of what is most important now which is Ukraine winning. This excuse, it’s old, from the beginning of the war, and only benefits Russia to continue being a threat to Europe and Ukraine which them make US and NATO spend even more on military equipment due to Russia continuing their aggression, and shows China weakness that we are not willing to send Ukraine proper equipment to win a war that only pushes China more to invade Taiwan and increase their aggression.

Another Belarusian university wants to send its students to occupied Crimea

In early June, we wrote about the first case when students of a Belarusian university were sent to Crimea with the approval of the university (at that time it was about BSUIR).

Back then, experts for education of the @iSANS_CEE monitoring group assumed that the actions of BSUIR could become an example for other educational institutions, and last week this assumption was confirmed.

On August 14, an announcement was published on the website of Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, in which students were invited to participate in an event in occupied Crimea “Union State: the art of being together,” which will be held on September 9-15 in Sudak.

In its announcement, the university not only informed about the reception of applications for participation, but also asked students to notify the dean’s offices of the university about their participation in the event.

According to the iSANS experts, this fact indicates that the university is ready not only to let students go to the occupied territories, but also to give them an official exemption from classes, which will begin in September.
