Local Russian authorities announced the mandatory evacuation for the residents of the settlement of Glushkovo in Kursk Oblast of Russia.

According to the acting governor of Kursk Oblast Alexei Smirnov, the evacuation process will be coordinated by law enforcement agencies, the military, the local administration and the vigilantes of the Kursk Patriot Center.
