🇺🇲🇪🇸 Spain has signed the Letter of Offer & Acceptance with the US Department of Defense for their PATRIOT ADVANCED CAPABILITY-3 MSE order. Spain requested approval to procure up to 51 missiles as part of their PAC-3 modernization case, submitted last October.

Not sure if the LOA for the Fire Units themselves has been signed yet.

Russian forces reportedly opened fire at a Ukrainian unmanned surface vessel (USV) in the area of Sevastopol, Crimea, short time ago.

The threat of a USV attack was also announced in the Russian port city of Novorossyisk, located on the Black Sea's coast in Krasnodar Krai.

The US Army was thrilled to get the opportunity to offload Iron Dome back to the IDF; they did not like it at all. MDA helps run the procurement of ID for Israel, but would similarly have zero use for it within their own portfolio. What they need is more $ for their own programs.
