9th Rifle Batt attached to🇺🇦57th Motorised Bde shows the current state of the whole high-rise quarter.
Starting near tweet 259 we see the far block - 56 Korolenka St is nearly destroyed, №54 is further destroyed since tweet 258; then №52 (tweet 257) which as mentioned has just one quarter of an outside wall.
Then it moves to 33 Soborna St which is now nearly all gone, specifically the south end which the Russians entered in tweet 254-256.
The shorter blocks east of it we will see in the next tweet.

Vance represents some of the GOP's worst isolationist inclinations, having effectively argued in the past that the US should let the world burn unless our core national interests were directly threatened (My paraphrase/opinion).
How much influence he may have on a Trump Presidency should be watched carefully, as should the motivations of Pres Trump for this selection. Whether Pres. Trump agrees with his foreign policy outlook, or made the pick for domestic political reasons to garner support in the midwest will merit close examination.
